Peer Leaders are previous GILC attendees that assist with the smooth and successful progression and maintenance of the conference.

- Engaging with your fellow students about GILC
- Answering questions about GILC before and during the conference
- Run a virtual GILC attendee Meet & Greet
- Assisting the planning committee with small projects during the conference and helping to facilitate workshops and sessions;
- Keeping GILC attendees engaged and excited (You are our Hype-Team!);
- Mentoring new GILC attendees and ensuring that everyone is making the most of their time at GILC
